Mr. Skinner joined the Audiphone family in 1983. That was the year he married Mr. Utley's fourth daughter, Noreen, and started his career in hearing instrument dispensing. Currently, he is the President of Audiphone Company. Frank has also been involved with issues benefiting the hearing impaired, serving several terms on the Ohio Hearing Aid Society Board, of which he is now the President. He is also a Professional Associate of the American Tinnitus Association.  

Toni brings to Audiphone over 20 years experience as a secretary and bookkeeper. She runs the day-to-day activities of the business and manages a busy schedule. Toni is very capable of helping our customers with needs regarding insurance and statements as well as accessories for their hearing instruments needs.

East Side Staff

Michele brought her extrordinary organizational skills and her love of people to Audiphone nine years ago. Her book work, insurance billing, scheduling, patient files, and inventory control are enhanced by her caring customer service. Patients appreciate her remembering them and may often be benefited by her many kindnesses which include her famous homemade baked goods.

Linda came to Audiphone from Michigan where she began her Hearing Care profession in 1984, received her Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 1990, and owned and operated her multi office practice until she moved to Cleveland in 2003 to be close to her children and grandchildren. As Audiphone's Senior Hearing Consultant, she happily runs the East Side Office on Mayfield Road in Lyndhurst. "I so love being a part of a company that has enjoyed over 80 years of serving the hearing impaired community with such dignity and respect!" said Linda. "Audiphone patients know that we are honored by their trust."
